I would like to share my new year’s gift with the announcement that we’ve partner with Rent- a- Mentor cooperation to support talents, young and medior professional with their personal growth and business ambition as giving back to society what I’ve been taught and experienced over the years.
Thank you Petrosjan Damen for this beautiful opportunity and honoured to be selected to mentor young and medior professionals with their careers and ambitions. Petrosjan and I are previous KPMG colleagues and share our outlook in the value of mentorship and supporting talents with their personal and business position within consultancy organisations as with their clients.
As I started my career at KMPG I remember that I felt encouraged and supported by my internal coach Erwin van der Pol. Erwin had a lovely controversial way of thinking and mentored me throughout the dynamic world of consultancy with his wide range of knowledge and experience as well known consultant and writer. My KPMG experience is more than 15 years ago and since then I started my own companies. During my entrepreneurial journey I often thought back at the coaching and mentoring sessions to further navigate and persevere until today’s position. For my future mentee this is my anthem:
1. Excel in what you do the best in order to deliver future proof solutions from a compassionate and engaged way.
2. Mentees are supported, even when their thinking is outside of the box, being different strengthens your abilities.
I look forward to contributing, learning and amplifying talents, to young and medior professionals both with their hard and soft skills and capabilities.
